A gym training log. No account, no server, no ads: your data lives in a file on your phone.
In the gym your hands are busy, the phone is on the floor and you have thirty seconds of rest. Behemoth is built for that moment: wide buttons, a set closes with one tap, and last time's load is already written on the row.
What it does: a multi-day editable plan; a session screen with two wide load buttons, one-tap set completion and long-press to fix a single set's reps; a rest timer with a scheduled notification that sounds with the screen off; per-exercise history with a load curve; records marked automatically; JSON export and import.
What it does not do: it does not tell you what to train — it is a log, not a coach. It makes no network requests, does not sync, does not back up to a cloud, and does not connect to Apple Health or Google Fit. No accounts, no ads, no data collection.
Sessions survive: an open session outlives a force quit — reopen the app and it is where you left it, closed sets included. JSON export has been there since day one, and that is not a detail: the previous version of this app kept everything in browser storage, which is how it lost it.
