Behemoth funziona interamente sul tuo telefono. Non ha server, non ha account, non ha statistiche d'uso. Schede, sedute, carichi e storico stanno in un file nella memoria dell'app e non escono da lì se non sei tu a esportarli.
Tutto questo scompare quando disinstalli l'app, tranne i file che hai esportato tu, che stanno dove li hai salvati.
L'app non effettua chiamate di rete. Non c'è sincronizzazione, non c'è backup su cloud, non c'è niente da mettere online. È il motivo per cui l'esportazione JSON esiste dal primo giorno: se vuoi una copia, la fai tu.
Un registro di allenamenti dice cose su di te: quanto sollevi, quanto spesso ti alleni, come stai progredendo. Behemoth non li considera dati da condividere e non ha modo di farlo: non si collega ad Apple Salute né a Google Fit, non li invia a nessuno e non li usa per profilarti. Restano un file sul tuo telefono, come un quaderno in borsa.
Il timer di recupero programma una notifica perché suoni anche a schermo spento e con il telefono in tasca. Per questo l'app chiede il permesso di mostrare notifiche e, su Android, di programmare sveglie precise, e fa vibrare il telefono. Sono usati soltanto per il recupero fra le serie: non c'è nessun altro tipo di notifica, e negando il permesso l'app continua a funzionare — il timer resta visibile a schermo acceso.
Quando esporti, l'app crea un file JSON con i tuoi dati e lo passa al foglio di condivisione del sistema: decidi tu dove finisce. Quando importi, l'app chiede al sistema di aprire il selettore di file e riceve solo il file che scegli, e nient'altro: non può leggere il resto della memoria.

Behemoth runs entirely on your phone. There are no servers, no accounts and no usage analytics. Plans, sessions, loads and history live in a file in the app's storage and never leave it unless you export them yourself.
Stored on your device: your training plans (exercises, sets, reps, starting loads), the sessions you completed with loads and reps per set, per-exercise history and records, and your preferences including rest duration. All of it is removed when you uninstall the app, except files you exported yourself, which stay where you saved them.
Not collected: no personal data, no email address, no account, no statistics on when you train or how much you lift, no advertising identifiers, no tracking, and no third-party service receiving data.
Network: the app makes no network calls. There is no sync and no cloud backup, because there is nothing to put online. That is why JSON export has been there since day one: if you want a copy, you make it.
Health data: a training log says things about you — how much you lift, how often you train, how you are progressing. Behemoth does not treat that as data to share and has no way to: it does not connect to Apple Health or Google Fit, sends it nowhere, and does not use it to profile you. It stays a file on your phone, like a notebook in your bag.
Notifications and alarms: the rest timer schedules a notification so it sounds with the screen off and the phone in your pocket. That is why the app asks permission to show notifications and, on Android, to schedule exact alarms, and why it vibrates. They are used only for rest between sets: there is no other kind of notification, and denying the permission still leaves the app working — the timer remains visible on screen.
Import and export: exporting creates a JSON file with your data and hands it to the system share sheet — you decide where it goes. Importing asks the system to show a file picker; the app receives only the file you pick and nothing else.

App Store and Google Play: this policy covers what the app does, which is the only thing its developer can answer for. The stores you download it from process data on their own account under their own privacy policies; what those cover is for them to state. If you want to know what they do, those documents are the reference, not this one.
Your rights: EU law grants the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. As no personal data is processed, there is nothing in our hands to exercise them on: your data is on your phone and you remove it by deleting sessions or uninstalling the app. You may write to the address below, or contact your national data protection authority.
Children: the app collects no data from anyone, including minors.
Changes: should the app ever start collecting anything, this page will say so before it happens and the date below will change.
